I started building things when I was a kid in my father’s workshop. I bought my first miter saw in 1996 and my first table saw a couple years later. I began building furniture immediately. Every new piece built for myself or friends and family was an excuse to buy another tool, so my workshop grew slowly but surely to include nearly every power and hand tool imaginable.

I finished my first basement in 1997 and did it several more times in my own and my neighbor’s homes. I worked nights and weekends while holding a daytime corporate job.

With full support from my wife and four children, I left the corporate world in 2019 and did a complete renovation on a condo in Glen Ellyn, IL (kitchen, two baths, hardwood floors and window treatments). When we sold the condo four months later, the neighbors started calling to ask me to renovate their homes.

And so, a business was born. I am fortunate to have excellent partners and subcontractors who believe in quality workmanship and getting the job done quickly. I’ve had a lot of fun, I’ve learned a lot and I sincerely enjoy making people’s homes better. Please let me know how I can do it for you.
